Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Due to the high logistical cost of reserving permits, transport, and equipment in remote Himalayan areas, we follow a strict cancellation tier.

1. Refund Matrix

• 30+ Days90% of the total trek fee is refunded.
• 15-29 Days50% of the total trek fee is refunded.
• < 15 DaysNo refunds are provided. You may transfer your booking to a waitlisted user subject to administrative approval.

2. Organizer Cancellations

If Search On Climb cancels a batch prior to the start date due to natural calamities or low enrollment, you will receive a 100% refund or a free transfer to another batch.
