Welcome to Search on Climb! By booking our trekking, hiking, and travel services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings require an advance payment of 20% of the total trip cost to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining 80% payment must be made before the trek/hike begins, once you reach the designated starting location.
• Payment can be made through our authorized payment gateways or other methods specified on our website.

2. Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

• If you cancel your booking, the 20% advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• If the trek/hike is canceled due to government restrictions, bad weather, natural calamities, pandemics, or any unforeseen circumstances, no refund or alternative date will be provided.
• Once you reach the trekking/hiking location, the full remaining amount must be paid, and no refunds will be issued after this payment.
• If you fail to report at the designated time or choose to leave the trek midway, no refund will be provided.

3. Travel & Insurance

• We highly recommend travel and medical insurance covering high-altitude trekking, medical emergencies, evacuations, and trip cancellations.
• Search on Climb is not responsible for any medical emergency, evacuation costs, or loss of belongings.

4. Participant Responsibilities

• You must be physically fit and medically cleared to participate in trekking/hiking activities.
• You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions before booking.
• You must follow all safety instructions, trek leader’s guidance, and abide by local laws.
• Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any banned substances is strictly prohibited during the trek.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

• Adventure activities involve inherent risks, including injuries, altitude sickness, accidents, or unforeseen weather conditions. Participants join at their own risk, and Search on Climb will not be held liable for any such incidents.
• We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any trip based on safety concerns, weather conditions, or operational factors.
• In case of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, or unforeseen events), Search on Climb holds the right to alter the itinerary or cancel the trip without refund.

6. Equipment & Rental Policy

• Any damage or loss of rented trekking gear will be charged to the participant.
• Participants are responsible for carrying appropriate gear and clothing suitable for the trek conditions.
